Necesidad de competencias TIC para docentes en el PRONAFCAP

Comunicación presentada durante el Congreso Internacional "Educación Mediática y Competencia Digital: La cultura de la participación", realizado del 13 al 15 de octubre de 2011, en la ciudad de Sevilla, España.

En esta comunicación, se presentan los resultados del estudio realizado en el marco del Programa Nacional de Formación y Capacitación Permanente (PRONAFCAP) del Ministerio de Educación de Perú; que ha permitido llegar a ciertas conclusiones, reconociendo la necesidad de contar con un sistema coherente de competencias TIC para orientar las estructuras, contenidos y formas de capacitación docente.

Importancia de las competencias TIC en el marco del PRONAFCAP

Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar un conjunto de factores que ayuden a identificar y definir las competencias TIC que los docentes deben poseer para hacer un uso efectivo y pertinente en las diversas dimensiones de su rol docente, dentro del marco del Programa Nacional de Formación y Capacitación Docente (PRONAFCAP) – Perú. Los resultados obtenidos durante esta investigación evidencia la necesidad de desarrollar un programa que permita asumir estas competencias.

La Revista de Educación Inclusiva, más conocida como R.E.I. es una publicación interdisciplinar arbitrada de carácter académico, científico, técnico y divulgativo, que pretende fomentar el intercambio de ideas, experiencias y trabajos en el ámbito de la educación inclusiva. Se trata de una publicación cuatrimestral (tres números digitales e impresos: marzo, junio y noviembre) que toma como referente cualquiera de las disciplinas y niveles del sistema educativo, en la que tienen cabida artículos de todos los ámbitos de conocimiento relacionados con la inclusión educativa.

R.I.E. es coordinada por el profesorado de las Universidades de Jaén, Almería, Murcia, Sevilla y Granada. Es editada por el Grupo de investigación: "Desarrollo e Investigación de la Educación en Andalucía" (D.I.E.A.) de la Universidad de Jaén.
